1. What We Collect
When you use TPS, we collect:
- Account data: name, email address, hashed password
- Trade data: entries you log in your journal (assets, dates, results, scores, notes)
- Usage data: pages visited, features used (for improving the product)
- Payment data: payment status and plan — we do not store full card numbers
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to:
- Provide and improve the TPS service
- Generate your TPS scores and analytics
- Power AI coaching features (trade data is sent to our AI provider)
- Send transactional emails (account verification, password reset)
- Process subscription payments
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.
3. AI Features
When you use AI Coach or AI trade analysis, your anonymized trade data is sent to our AI provider (OpenRouter / compatible LLM provider) to generate responses. This data is used solely to generate your report and is not used to train external models.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and never stored in plaintext. All communications use HTTPS. We use industry-standard security practices, but no system is 100% secure.
5. Third-Party Services
TPS uses the following third-party services:
- Resend — for transactional email delivery
- YooKassa — for card and SBP payment processing (Russia)
- OpenRouter — for AI language model routing
- Trongrid — for USDT TRC-20 transaction verification
Each service has its own privacy policy governing their data use.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Export your data — use the Export button in your Trade Journal at any time
- Delete your account — contact us and we will delete all your data
- Correct your data — edit your profile or individual trade entries at any time
7. Cookies and Sessions
TPS uses HTTP-only session cookies to maintain your authenticated session. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies. No cookie consent banner is required as we use only essential cookies.
8. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data and trade history will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Payment records may be retained for tax and legal compliance purposes.
9. Children
TPS is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice in the app.
